Branded understands that the success of a coworking space depends entirely on the community it brings together. The value of the community is all about creating friendly bonds, chance, and intentional encounters and accommodating fellow coworkers. Branded will use its hospitality-centric DNA to create a strong coworking community that will pave the way for collaboration and exponential benefits to all its members.

B WORKS IS NOT…ABOUT A SHORT-TERM LEASE AND FLEXIBLE OFFICE SPACE.

B WORKS is…about creating a community that values relationships, synergies, and tactical solutions. The objective for this coworking space is to help accelerate the growth and bring value to all its members and YES, we also provide opportunities for a short term lease & flexible office space as that is very much part of the equation that B WORKS leverages in order to deliver on its value proposition).

OFFICE

Branded has secured 7,700 square feet of space on the 4th floor at 235 Park Ave South. This is Branded’s headquarters and we use this full floor to create a unique and hospitality-centric incubator and acceleration coworking space.

MEMBERSHIP

We offer two types of memberships:

  • B Desk receive dedicated space (desks & limited private offices available).
  • B Pass have access to community workstations & open seating.

Conference rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen, bar, lounge areas, private phone booths are all available to both B Desk and B Pass.
